I love your blog. Today I made ham hash that was the closest thing to my parents hash yet. Ham, Yukon golds, white onion and some of mom's parsley. I sauteed the onion in olive oil and butter to with I added 2 tbsp flour. I think the flour helped to brown the hash. First time I used white onion ever. Wuh
